“Triumph High School is an alternative high school in Cheyenne, Wyoming and our teachers and staff committed to be trained in the Discovery model in the spring of 2010. In the subsequent years we have attended to the culture that is Discovery and it has transformed our culture from one of organized chaos to one that is healthy and productive for both students and staff. Our students often share stories of how they have successfully used the skills they have mastered in Discovery in situations at home and where they work. “The Discovery Program has worked beyond our expectations. Attendance in our alternative high school program hovered at about 70% for five years. This year we are over 95% for the first semester. More significantly, the climate in our building is improved in marked ways.
